| These four-day
conferences for 500 doctors and medical personnel
were held in
Vancouver, New Orleans, and Toronto. The conferences
included 75 presenting faculty, two plenary sessions
and three breakout sessions daily, with six concurrent
tracks. Twenty-five exhibits filled an adjacent hall,
and off-site events included an opening cocktail reception
and a closing gala awards banquet. |
