The West Coast
premiere of Eve Ensler’s now-famous “The
Vagina Monologues” was a gala fundraising event
for the Brava Theatre Center. The event, held at Fort
Mason’s Cowell Theater, began with a patron dinner
at Greens and a
silent auction. Ensler’s performance was followed
by a “pink party” with luscious decorations
by Stanlee Gatti and erotic desserts created by notable
restaurants.
