Tibetan Aid Project

Many of the Bay Area’s finest chefs formed pairs and cooked for 16 guests seated at a table. This celebrity chef dinner held at the Four Seasons in San Francisco served 11 tables with nearly 200 people. Chefs included Laurent Manrique of Aqua, Jean-Pierre Moullé of Chez Panisse and Melissa Perello of the 5th Floor. The evening also included both a silent and live auction and raised $100,000 to further TAP’s work of locating ancient or lost Tibetan manuscripts and republishing them to share with the world.
